We were really disappointed, as the DVD player did not work, nor did the fireplace, which we specifically requested and asked about. I was told that they would look at it, but that did nothing for our experience, and they offered nothing to compensate us. The location is convenient. There is a recreation center across the street and membership included, however be aware that you still have to pay (even to use the Jacuzzi). They covered up the old creaky beds with egg crates, but they are noisy and unsatisfactory. The layout good, but there are zero niceties (no soap in the shower, generic paper towels, old generic salt, etc.). Also, the window coverings in both bedrooms are literally see through.
