What a relaxing vacation in a beautiful town

Our family loved the Olivero house. We will surely do this again. It was close to the ski resorts, it was such a lovely home - very open, roomy and easy to relax in. The management company is very accessible and helpful. The jacuzzi tub was much needed after a day on the slopes! Comfortable beds, full kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Close to town and the grocery. It was tough to leave! A great get-a-way!

Good layout and nice size house

I loved the open kitchen living room and dining area layout. The combo of the fireplace and the tv with a lot of comfy couches was great for our group. The garage space for the two cars was great. Everything about the layout of the house was great and for that alone, I'd definitely come back. Here we're some of the drawbacks that are easily fixable: 1) wireless internet password! There was nowhere any information as to how to log onto the wireless network, which they had at the house. Even when I called the office to ask, they said they'd find out and call me back but never did. It was such a huge inconvenience not to have access to this service. 2) the door lock on the downstairs bathroom did not work so we had to use a condo of a doorstop and rug on order to insure privacy. 3) the garbage disposal broke at one point and we had to dismantle the pipes in Oder to unclog the pipes to get it working again. 4) the dishwasher was funky and would randomly start and stop. The buttons were not clear either. 5) I also hated that you had to go to the office to both pick up and stop off the keys. Hugely inconvenient and out of the way. Why can't they do the lockbox on the door thing like most other rental companies I've worked with. This would be one reason why I would not return to this particular company.

Perfect house in a perfect location at a great price

We went here with three adults and three kids (2, 14, and 18), and we all had a great time. There's a hill in the back, sleds in the garage, and the best ski resorts in Tahoe within 20 minutes. The place is big for the price (including two bedrooms with king beds).It would be nice if it had wifi. Also, if you stay here, know that using the gas fireplace for heat will fake out the central heating thermostat, and that makes the bedrooms very cold in the evening when some people go to bed and others remain in the living room. Turn off the gas fireplace if you want to ensure the whole house gets warm.

I really liked the property and the snow area it has on the backyard. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with even those things which we didnt expect to see there. The only thing the house didn't have is the soap in the baths and no garbage bags. All the rest is just fine and we plan another stay there in the nearest future.
